Who is Coach Dale Hansford?

Considered an expert in Program Design and Periodization, I have trained and treated thousands of clients, from everyday individuals to World Championship-winning athletes.

With a degree in Exercise Science, Full Body Certification in Active Release Techniques (one of few in Australia), Frequency Specific Microcurrent certification, and over 15 years of hands-on experience, I bring a unique combination of training and treatment expertise that sets my coaching apart.
